CARE & USE OF OUR PRODUCTS

CANDLE CARE

BEFORE BURNING

Prior to burning your candle, trim the wick at least 1⁄4 inch. This prevents uneven burning, dripping or flaring.

WHILE BURNING

When burning for the 1st time allow the candle to burn for atleast 2hrs to avoid tunneling. Never leave a candle unattended while burning.
Ensure candle is not near things that can catch fire.
Do Not burn for longer than 4hrs at a time.
Keep away from children & pets.

EXTINGUISHING

Do not use water to extinguish a candle, this can cause the hot wax to splatter and could break a glass container. Before leaving the room, make sure your candle is completely out and there is no glow coming from the wick ember. Do not touch or move the candle until it has completely cooled.

NOTE: PURE SOY & PURE COCONUT SOY CANDLES

As Alchemy36 only uses high-quality pure soy & coconut soy waxes,
please do not leave candles in direct sunlight or warm areas as this may cause them to ‘frost’ or ‘sweat’. This occurring does not affect the quality of the candle but may affect the appearance.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you have received your items damaged prior to opening we will happily refund your order. We cannot refund orders after purchase if you later decide you do not like your selected design. We cannot refund items that have already been opened and/or used.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Unfortunately at the moment we only offer shipping within Australia. Our small business is located in Melbourne, Australia. If you are desperate for an international order, please email us.

HOW-TO USE WAX MELTS:

If you are using a wax melt burner, simply place our wax melts on the burner top and insert a tea light candle.
If you are using an electric burner, simply place approx. 2 squares of our wax melts in your electric burner.
